Nicola Vilander

I am a transdisciplinary performer, educator, and researcher whose work intersects the performing arts, gender studies, posthumanist and transfeminist approaches, and contemporary art.

My practice is rooted in collaboration, creative experimentation, and embodied storytelling. Whether on stage, in the classroom, or through research, I aim to explore and challenge societal norms while fostering inclusive and transformative spaces.

My work spans from directing and performing to presenting research on gender norms and developing interdisciplinary creative practices that connect art, education, and social change.
